The following names were included in the meeting request form you had submitted and are confirmed to participate in the meeting:
1- Hon. Mark Fox, Chairman, MHA Nation 2- John Fredericks III, MHA Nation counsel 3- Philip Baker-Shenk, MHA Nation counsel
If there are any changes to meeting participants (within the same organization) we will need to be notified no later than tomorrow (Thursday, November 14th) and will need their name, title, and company/affiliation. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any additions/substitutes on the day of the meeting regardless of circumstance. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note, if you're adding/substituting a participant and their employer/affiliation is different than the participants you had previously submitted on the meeting request form we will cancel the meeting and will need you to submit a new meeting request form.
Please arrive via our main entrance on C Street -- 1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC 20240.
Will anyone need parking? If yes, we would appreciate their car make, model, tag number and state no later than one business day before the meeting. We will then follow up with instructions to park in our garage.
When you/they arrive in the lobby, please let the security guards know you are here for a meeting with the Secretary. We will have a member of our staff escort you to the Secretary's office.
