Dear Freedom Conference Registrant,
We are looking forward to welcoming you to beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado! Here are important instructions for you as you prepare for the event.
1. Your Name Badge is your ticket! When you check in at registration you will need to present a Government Issued Photo ID to receive your name badge. Please keep your name badge with you throughout the Conference. For security purposes, no one will be admitted to any conference events without a name badge and a photo ID.
2. Back again this year is our Freedom Conference Film Festival. EVERYONE WHO HAS REGISTERED IS INVITED TO SEE EACH FILM AS PART OF THEIR REGISTRATION. See below for more information regarding the Film Festival.
3. We will officially begin the Freedom Conference on Friday with registration and continental breakfast at 8:00 a.m. in the Steamboat Grand. Doors to the Korbel Ballroom open at 8:00 a.m. No one will be admitted to the ballroom prior to 8:00 a.m. Please do not attempt to enter the ballroom prior to 8:00 a.m. Thank you for your cooperation.
4. If you are a Sponsor or VIP registrant ($1000+ registration level), you will receive instructions for the Friday evening VIP reception with Secretary Ryan Zinke when you register.
5. Dinner featuring keynote speaker Secretary Ryan Zinke begins promptly at 7:00pm Friday evening on the 3rd floor of the Thunderhead Building at the top of the Gondola. If you are registered for the Full Conference (not as Sponsor or VIP), please plan to board the Gondola beginning at 6:30pm. The
