Tracy Mehan, AWWA/s Executive Director of Government Affairs, will introduce David Ross. David Ross is requested to participate in a discussion of policy priorities for the Office of Water. Mr. Ross w'ould make introductory remarks and the balance of the hour w'ould be spent in discussion.
Opening remarks 10 - 20 minutes. Topics of interest include infrastructure investment, regulatory activities, public confidence m water service, and community'-level affordability of w'ater service. Revisions to the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR), the Fourth Regulatory Determinations, Perchlorate

After Mr. Ross's initial remarks, the balance of the hour would be open discussion with Council members. Anticipate questions about specific rules (such as LCR), infrastructure funding, affordability, and EPA regulatory priorities. No PowerPoint presentation is required.
