ITEM II Continental VCM will have the right to audit payroll and insurance records and copies of invoices covering material pur chases will be furnished as requested. Daily time slips and time distribution will be kept. ITEM III - Equipment Rental Rates (fuel not included) When compressed air, sandblasting, pneumatic tools, power equipment, or any other special types of preparation, equipment, or rigging is involved, such equipment and devices shall be paid for at the following listed rates. Rental rates are based on a five-day, 40-hour week. Double-shift use (16 hours per day) will be charged at 1h times and triple-shift use (24 hours per day) at twice the normal rate. (Such equipment placed on the job upon mutual agree ment of its need shall be on continuous rental until terminated from the job.) When an item on continuous daily rental reaches the monthly rate quoted, then there will be no further charge during that month and such equipment will remain on a monthly rate until it is terminated.
