Hi, Ashley. I hope this note finds you well.
We are hopeful Secretary Wright will consider speaking with leaders in the energy industry who are responsible for ensuring a highly skilled workforce for the historic number of jobs to be filled, especially those related to America's energy dominance. Please find our invitation attached for the energy sector's workforce convening taking place in Washington, D.C. on November 18-20. I know our industry is eager to learn from the Secretary and collaborate with the Department on innovative approaches to workforce development and ensuring we are people-ready for the energy evolution before us.
As a side note, I chair DOE's 21st Century Energy Workforce Advisory Board (EWAB) under the Office of Policy - and we are proud to be working on strategic recommendations for the Department's consideration right now. Should timing be appropriate, the construct of key, innovative priorities -- perhaps connected to the report

recommendations accepted by the Department-- could make for timely, impactful messaging to the audience.
