Our request submitted January 11, 2019, to meet with Acting Secretary David Bernhardt remains pending. We fully understand that it was delayed due to the government shut-down.
We seek at meeting to brief Mr. Bernhardt personally about these important issues which affect the integrity and reliability of the onshore federal oil and gas leasing program -with participation by the Solicitor's Office of course. The issue is fully described in the form we submitted last month. The matter involves Moncrief Oil of Ft. Worth, Texas, and their federal oil and gas lease in the Lewis & Clark National Forest in Montana. I will note that the week of March 4 is unavailable for us. Thank you.
