I have booked him at a hotel a couple of miles away for the 14th to 15th. Please advise on any crucial logistical information.

Katie -- Kevin Tatulyan (on the "to" line with you) in the Office of the Under Secretary for Infrastructure DOE is coordinating Undersecretary Steven Winberg travel. He will be our speaker Tuesday AM. Steve plan is to fly in Monday afternoon, speak on Tuesday morning and leave Tuesday afternoon.
