What's interesting of course is that Montana is as different from Cape Town as you get in terms of population density and rate of development. It says to me that what's going on in Cape Town isn't something to ignore at home. From you, I'd love to know if there are other cities or regions that the EPA is keeping an eye on in terms of a potential Day Zero and what the EPA is doing as an organization to prevent catastrophic drought.
