Hi, Mandy -
I'm pleased to share with you BP's sixth annual U.S. Economic Impact Report, which covers the full scope of our businesses, operations and community investments in the United States.
As you will see in this document, BP has a larger economic footprint in the U.S. than we do in any other country. We support more than 125,000 American jobs overall, including around 14,000 BP employees. In 2017 alone, our operations contributed $85 billion to the U.S. economy.
Even as we focus on maximizing our U.S. business performance, BP is working hard to reduce emissions in our operations, improve our products, and create new low carbon businesses while enhancing our established portfolio of renewables.
