I will let you know who will be at the table. Format: NMA requests that Secretary Bernhardt speak for about 15-20 minutes and then take Q&A. Secretary Bernhardt will be introduced by NMA's President Hal Quinn. Hal can assist with the Q&A or Secretary Bernhardt may handle by himself - whichever he prefers. Audience: The audience will be NMA Board of Directors comprised of CEO's from coal and mineral companies as well as mining equipment manufacturers. Total audience size is approx. 100 people. Press: None Point of Contact Day of Event: Katie Sweeney, NMA's Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs will meet Secretary Bernhardt. Justin Prosser, NMA's Director of Congressional Affairs will be the POC that day. His cell is 202-5771936.
Attached is a list of attendees as of Sept. 16 and a floorplan of the hotel. Do you know when the Secretary will arrive and if his schedule will permit him to have a few minutes with the reserved table before he speaks? Do you know who will be accompanying Secretary Bernhardt?
If it is helpful to schedule a call, please let me know what works for you. Thank you very much. Moya Phelleps

We can do anytime the morning of the 24th including lunch that will work for Secretary Bernhardt - breakfast, morning session, lunch - it this possible? As you may know, Hal Quinn is retiring at the end of this year so this will be his last meeting. Thank you very much. Moya

Hi Moya!
I'm sorry, we didn't receive your earlier email. Nick has moved to another office and I'm having our IT department look into why we didn't receive your email in our scheduling mailbox.
I spoke to quickly about the 24th -- we have 2 potential conflicts that day. Can he speak on the 25th? Just let us know what time he should be there and how long your expecting his participation to be.
Thank you!
