Travis, I hope this email finds you well. On behalf of Sidley Austin LLP, I would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming program we are hosting at our offices in DC. Given your current role and experience at the federal and state level, we would be thrilled to have you provide your insights. The program will focus on environmental policy developments in the new administration. The program would run for 90 minutes, with 30 minutes for my colleague Brittany Bolen to moderate a fireside chat-styled discussion with you to cover developments at the EPA, a second 30-minute slot for my colleague Peter Whitfield to moderate a similar fireside chatstyled discussion with an administration official we have invited from CEQ, and then a final 30 minute segment with Sidley panelists for a 15 minute moderated discussion and 10-15 minutes of audience Q&A. We're happy to make program adjustments to accommodate your participation. Our environmental programs often include government panelists and are free and open to the public. We often draw 200+ attendees from a mix of lawyers and policy professionals at companies, trade associations, academia, non-profits, and government. We would share a list of all registrants with you before and after the program. We are looking to host the event following the administration's 100 Day milestone -- focusing on May 7 or 8. We have also identified May 20th as another option. Our plan is for the program to begin at 3:00 pm (on May 7) or 4:00 pm (on May 8), with time afterward for attendees to gather for refreshments, but we can be flexible to fit your schedule. Please let me know if you have any questions. We greatly appreciate your consideration. Many thanks, - Sam SAMUEL B. BOXERMAN ED_018475D_00003751-00001 SIDLEY AUSTIN LLP 1501 K Street, N.W.
