FYI Only ...
Ryan, just a quick update from our operations. No action needed.
Our refineries in Texas and Louisiana continue to operate safely and reliability; however, with the closure of the Houston Ship Channel, our Baytown refinery is adjusting rates accordingly. We continue to work with the Port of Houston to facilitate delivery of crude shipments when channel conditions allow.
We're working with our independent distributors and wholesale fuels customers to meet consumer demand; however, provisions have been made to ensure that emergency responders and other essential service providers requesting fuel are given priority.
We have no concerns with supply at our ExxonMobil terminals at this time, but are working to ensure impacted areas have supply in the coming days, including making backup arrangements when needed. We are meeting all our contractual commitments for fuel at this time.
I want to thank EPA for quick response in providing fuel specification waivers in parts of Texas. Additional request may be coming through normal channels as we learn more about the scope of the impact of the storm.
So far so good, but we have a ways to go as Harvey circled back towards Houston and the heart of the gulf coast refining industry. We're as prepared as we can be at this time.
Thanks, and let me know if there is specific information that might be helpful or of

Hi Ryan, just wanted to let you know our operations in Texas and Louisiana are well into preparations for the hurricane. In the event of the need for fuel waivers from EPA we will work through our normal channels at DOE and EPA. You may already know that the Governor of Texas has already declared a state of emergency in 30 counties, including Houston.
I'm happy to send you periodic updates, if helpful... of course, we remain in close contact with the DOE emergency response personnel.
Hope all is well.
