Hi Isabelle,
Thank you for the quick response. Would love to chat with you tomorrow, but here are the details of the specific event we're requesting in the meantime.
The Secretary was requested to be the keynote speaker for the New York State Conservative Party Annual State Dinner. Elise Stefanik is being presented with an award at this dinner, and they are asking the Secretary to be the keynote speaker for the event.
Historically, this event has had extremely high-profile speakers including President Trump, Kellyanne Conway, and other former Republican Presidents, Vice Presidents, and cabinet officials. The audience is around 200 donors and key stakeholders for New York conservatives. Additional details below.
Requestor: New York State Conservative Party Event: NYSCP Annual State Dinner Location: Union League Club; 38 East 37th Street, NY, NY 10016 Date: 6/18 Timing: 5:30 pm: VIP Reception with approx. 35 guests (short VIP click line if possible) 7:00 pm: Dinner begins with approx. 200 guests (keynote speech)
We can adjust the exact timing and details to fit the needs of the Secretary. Assuming you'll need to run this down with your ethics team, happy to answer any questions you have with the nature of the event/his remarks. Appreciate you looking into this!
Best, Ali

Hi Isabelle,
I hope this email finds you well. I coordinate our surrogate/speaker operation here at the RNC -- we've received a few requests for the Secretary to attend some of the more high-profile events as keynote speaker.
Wondering if you have time for a quick call today to discuss the Secretary's willingness/ability to attend one or two of these events? Shouldn't take more than ten minutes or so. I have availability this afternoon if you're able. Let me know, thank you!
Best,
Ali Beneker I (b) (6) Republican National Committee
