Hey Mandy: Here are the databases I told you about with (1) the most recent GHG and CO2 emissions data from the UNFCCC (Annex I countries only); and (2) the most recent CO2 emissions from fossil fuel combustion data from the 'EA. (Notice in the lEA spreadsheet I added the % change in CO2 intensity (both using MER and PPP) for China and China + Hong Kong from 1980 to 2005, which show that the country's 60% to 65% intensity improvement pledge for 2005 to 2030 is pretty much a continuation of the 1980 to 2005 trend.
