On behalf of Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) President Todd Staples, we would like to extend the invitation for Secretary Burgum to participate as our featured keynote speaker at our annual TXOGA Lone Star Energy Forum to be held at The RitzCarlton Dallas, Las Colinas in Irving, Texas on Friday, November 21, 2025.
Past Forums have included remarks from world leaders and dignitaries such as 66th U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Texas Governor Greg Abbott, President George W. Bush, President Mikhail Gorbachev, President Vicente Fox, Alan Greenspan, and others.
