Our project is directly relevant to President Trump's memo to the Secretaries of Interior and also Commerce calling for a report from them by April 20 on moving water from north to south in the western US. While our project would pipe the water to California, the amount of water involved is sufficient to effect a giant rebalancing of the water supplies of the US West, including the Colorado River states and the Pacific Southwest. It is the kind of generational project and backbone infrastructure that the US West needs to continue to prosper and provide for human flourishing.
$10 million has been invested into the project over a period of years, and the engineering powerhouse AECOM has concluded that there are no fatal flaws and that the project is ready to proceed to permitting. So, unlike some of the "pipe dreams" out there, ours is a real project that is actionable now. The missing ingredient is the political will to tackle the problem and get moving. President
