Achieving Efficiency Through State and Local Preparedness, we want to ensure public power utilities are poised to be well prepared. In addition, I've had several discussions with key stakeholders all of whom have been supportive. Before I go further, I was hoping we could have a strategic conversation with you and Dan Lagraffe, as the head of ETAC.
