Lee, Apologies for the delay in response. I'm not familiar with a specific request to extend, but know that some of have been made. Generally speaking we are not interested in extending the comment deadline. If anything changes, I'll let you know. For now, I'd suggest to maintain your planning consistent with the Dec. 17 deadline.

Mandy,
I'm hearing rumors that the environmental stakeholders are seeking an extension to the December 17 deadline for Subpart 0000a comments. I really don't have a dog in this fight, but if the deadline is extended, it would clearly alter my work schedule.
Do you know if such a request has been made and, if so, if it will be granted?
