On behalf of a small coalition of trade groups, I'm writing to request a virtual meeting with Administrator Wheeler to discuss a recent petition requesting that EPA initiate work on a procedural risk management rule.
The petition (attached) was filed by the American Coatings Association, National Association of Home Builders, National Association of Manufacturers, Toy Association, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (all of which plan to participate in this meeting as a follow-up to a prior meeting with AA Alex Dunn and her team).
