ProCo LLC was formed in 2016 to advance
infrastructure solutions for water supplies in the
western U.S. Its capstone project would bring water
from the Pacific Northwest into California via a
subsea aqueduct. This would allow a rebalancing of
water supplies in the Colorado River Basin states
and the Southwestern U.S., as well as in California.

If possible, a meeting on Tuesday March 11 (any time during the day) would work best. Wednesday morning March 12 also works well. Monday March 10 is ok, but then key participants would have to join by videoconference.
The meeting is relevant to President Trump's January 20 memo to the Secretary of the Interior, calling for a report to the President by April 20 on moving water from north to south in California. The U.S. Department of the Interior, Washington DC (in-person).

Yes; to advance the capstone project, it is likely that permits and/or contracts with the Department will be sought. There are no pending applications.

The topic of the meeting is western U.S. water supply infrastructure, and the relevance of ProCo's capstone project and water supply expertise to the report being prepared by the Secretary pursuant to the President's January 20 memo. The desired outcome is to offer our assistance, and assist, as the Secretary and the Acting Assistant Secretary deem appropriate, with the April 20 report. Yes; as a general matter, any major water supply infrastructure in the U.S. West would follow from policy options and would involve such persons and interests.
