Board of Directors and tbe Public Relations Agencj (Suruner Rider and Associates Inc.); it directs the agency in the preparation and i~pleQentation of specific promotion and public relations programs as approved by the Board; it prepares, in conjunction with the agency, new programs and ~ud~et recommendations to meet specific sales problems as they are defined to it by the Board.
