For the record, did he mean the grand jury unit in the AG's office or an actual grand jury? Because it's been my understanding that the investigation into Tar Creek contracts was sent to the grand jury unit which doesn't necessarily mean there was a grand jury -- but I've been told there was no actual grand jury.
