Washington, DC 20460 Dear Mr. Voyles: The American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL) is pleased to invite you to serve as the keynote speaker for the Luncheon at our Mid-Year Meeting on May 22, 2025, at the Hilton Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. ACOEL is a distinguished professional association of leading environmental attorneys committed to upholding the highest ethical standards, advancing justice, and shaping environmental law through advocacy, outreach, and education at all levels. As an attorney yourself, as well as with your extensive experience at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or Agency), the Commonwealth of Virginia, and in the Senate, we believe you are the perfect keynoter for our event, which will attract over 100 lawyers from across the nation to Washington, DC. We would be interested in hearing about Administrator Zeldin's five core pillars, how the Agency is prioritizing the role of states, changes in regulatory priorities, and the evolving role of the Agency with changes in staff and organization. Remarks of approximately 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of questions from the attendees, which we are happy to work with your office on, would be ideal for this event. We appreciate your consideration and would be honored to have you join us as our keynote speaker. Please let us know your availability at your convenience.
