Hi Leila,
I hope you are well!! I'm sure you've been swamped. A quick check: IPAA is having its annual membership meeting in New Orleans on Wed., Nov. 13. I doubt the Secretary could make it for a quick speech (but we'd like to invite him to do so). Or, a Skype or video message anytime on that day would be great, too. We've done the Skype thing with a few officials before. It would be only for 15 minutes or half-hour - or however much he wants/can afford. Open to anything.
I know it's getting late, but just thought I'd check in on possibilities!
