Box 6195 1021 Georgia Avenue Macon, Georgia 31208 Inc Mr. Newell E. Bolton Union Carbide Corp. Section R-4 Old Ridgeburv Road Danbury, Connecticut 06817 Dear Alice, Newell and Rick: In my August 1, 1985 telephone conference with Rick, I promised to complete a review and revision of new proposed Bylaws for American Industrial Hygiene Association and to send each of you copies of the draft work product. The enclosed draft can serve as a starting point for a Bylaws review meeting that I understand to be scheduled for St. Louis on Tuesday, August 20. This draft attempts to incorporate the changes suggested by the various Long Range Planning committees and task forces. As you read the enclosed draft and your questions occur, please make note of them. It might save time to give me advance notice of your areas of concern and suggested changes so I can generate corrections and revisions in advance of the August 20, 1985 meeting. Very truly yours RCA: rw Enclosure cc: Howard L. Kusnetz Fml*- ^___1 Allan
