ACT Government has offered one of two options: o Option 1: if interested in the judicial aspect, the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal deals with most environmental issues in the ACT (http://acat.act.gov.au/) and the Environmental Defender's Office has a useful handbook on the environmental law in the ACT (http://www.edoact.org.au/handbook). o Option 2: if interested in regulatory reform, the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate may be most appropriate, and it includes ACT Environment Protection Authority (http://www.environment.act.gov.au/)
Once ACT has better idea about which preference EPA has and the preferred topics of discussion it can assist in setting up the meeting.
