As the Secretary is coming from the Private Sector, we are doing an in-depth ethics check on all meeting and event requests while we work through the Secretary's divesting process over the given time frame he has. Unfortunately, until the divesting window closes, this event falls under a conflict of interest, so he won't be able to attend.
