Dear Assistant Secretary for Water and Science Scott Cameron,
Congratulations on your new appointment. My name is Jessica Moore, and I am the current president of the Association of American State Geologists (AASG). On behalf of AASG, I would like to invite you to join us when we meet with USGS leadership as part of our annual Spring Liaison. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 25th, beginning at 8:30am in the South North Penthouse.
Joining me in the meeting will be the AASG Executive Committee, comprised of Matt Morgan (CO), John Metesh (MT), Harley Means (FL), and Claudio Berti (ID). We look forward to meeting you and your staff and continuing our productive conversations with the USGS Associate Directors. The USGS-AASG partnership has been very successful over the past few years, and we've built a strong foundation for future endeavors. I'm sure we'll have much to discuss; please let me know if there are any specific areas, issues, or concerns you'd like us to think about ahead of the meeting.
