The RNG Coalition's members are scheduled to be in Washington DC on Wednesday April 22, 2020. We are willing to find a time that works if the Administrator's schedule cannot accommodate either April 22 or April 23.
Purpose of the Meeting
Discuss the cellulosic/D3 portion of the RFS program, in particular the industry's view on the 2021 volume obligations and the treatment of carryforward cellulosic RINs.
Does the topic of the meeting include any area under litigation? If so, name the litigation.
There are several legal actions pending regarding the RFS program. The RNG Coalition is not party to any of this pending litigation.
