The Secretary's schedule has changed. He will participate in the breakfast and arrive at 8am, then participate in the meeting at 9am, and depart immediately after his session is over (which would be after he takes questions from members).

Thank you for updating me on the DOI attendance plans. I had thought that Secretary Zinke was arriving at 8:45, staying briefly at the NPC member Continental breakfast, and joining the head table for the 9:00 meeting start. Please confirm his scheduled arrival time.
I had also previously been told that the Secretary would have a brief Q&A after his remarks. Is that his plan? We welcome Assistant Deputy Secretary, Todd Willens, and a seat will be reserved for him.
The webcast link is still being finalized and will be posted on the NPC website, npc.org, prior to the meeting. The website is the most reliable place to access the link. I have attached the current list of press responses.

I just wanted to follow up regarding DOI attendees. Unfortunately, nobody will be able to attend the reception this evening. I'm sorry. Secretary Zinke will be arriving at 8am for the breakfast and will depart immediately after his remarks. Assistant Secretary Joe Balash will NOT be able to participate in any of the events or meeting. Instead, Todd Willens (Assistant Deputy Secretary) will attend the meeting (not the breakfast) and will depart with Secretary Zinke.
