Steven --
Losing David is a tremendous hardship, but it is in the service of the Nation.
You are correct, it is the Gelman site.
At this stage, my "ask" is modest and straightforward, so I hope that we can accomplish it in a call of 30 minutes or less. Assuming that is correct, then I can schedule a meeting in the April/May timeframe with your staff to fully present the background and answer any substantive questions. That should allow the Trump Administration to have the time to make an informed choice of whether to continue the approach to the Gelman site that it staked out in the First Term or to shift to the Biden Administration's approach. Let me know if you would like to proceed differently.
I will look forward to Nick/Maryanne's email to work out a time for the call.
Thank so much for your attention at this hectic time.

Ray --
First, thanks for letting us have Mr. Fotouhi back (well almost back). Still staffing up so I am it. If its Michigan, my guess is it's the Gelman Sciences site in Ann Arbor. I have copied Nick and Maryanne who can schedule a call/meeting.

Steven -- Congratulations on your return to OLEM. I reach out to you at the suggestion of my friend and law partner, David Fotouhi. The issue concerns a site in Michigan that has been proposed for the NPL by the Biden Administration and is to be included in the next final listing package scheduled for March.
Having been a political appointee at EPA and having done a number of transitions, I know that you are extremely busy. I would be happy to discuss this with a political special assistant, if you have one on board.
Let me know the best way to proceed.
