Good Morning, I'm a freelance reporter at the Cox DC Bureau. I'm doing a story today on the new proposed rule posted to the Federal Register today that would require the EPA to use only publicly-available data in setting regulations. I have questions:
How much does the EPA use/rely on publicly-available data v. non publicly-available data? What are examples of publicly-available data? (i.e. research posted online?) What are examples of non publicly-available data?
I can be reached ati Ex. 6 i l _____________________________________ .'
