Dear Mr. Renshaw:
Thank you for your May 25. 2017. email to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator E. Scott Pruitt and Senior Advisor Albert Kelly regarding the Administrator's May 22. 2017. memorandum, "Prioritizing the Superfund Program." Specifically, you wrote to express your company's interest in serving on the task force Administrator Pruitt formed as part of the Superfund prioritization initiative.
The task force's activities to develop a set of recommendations were an internal effort and EPA did not seek external participants. Those recommendations are now available at: https:/Avww.epa.i'ov/sites/production/files/2017-07/documents/superfund task force renort.pdf. The Administrator has pledged to work closely with Superfund stakeholders while implementing the task force's recommendations. In particular. Goal 5 of the task force report is devoted to stakeholder engagement, including a recommendation to establish an advisory body under the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA. see Recommendation 42). The FACA's charge would be "to work with a broad array of stakeholders to identify barriers and opportunities related to cleanup and reuse of Superfund sites."
Thank you again for your interest in Administrator Pruitt's Superfund initiative.
Sincerely.

Dear Mr. Pruitt and Mr. Kelly-
We recently read your May 22, 2017 Prioritizing the Superfund Program memorandum. The document discusses forming a task force to provide recommendations to improve the Superfund program. Our company, EHS Support, would like to be included on the task force, if possible. We provide extensive services to Potentially Responsible Parties, including Project Coordination, Chairing Steering and Technical Committees, Remediation, Allocation Support, Fund Management, etc. We are well versed in the CERCLA regulations and their implementation. We are confident our experience would provide significant value to the task force. Please contact me at your convenience if we can assist you with this important endeavor.
Best regards,

Regarding Andrew Wheeler, a former coal industry lobbyist, he has no business working for the EPA. This is a place to protect all Americans, not just the coal industry. There should not be a place for him at the EPA. Thank you.
