The basement of the Lincoln Memorial is closed to the public and can only be accessed by the Secretary of the Interior. He'll show them the graffiti from workers who helped build the Memorial and there are stalagmites and stalactites throughout the underground. The entire tour takes about half hour (pending the size of the group and the number of questions.
Here's a link to the What's Inside YouTube video. It'll show you the door you enter and the uneven ground (they're hot and sweaty because it was summer). I recommend comfortable walking shoes. Our team will be at a retreat that day so I will have to follow up with you to let you know who will be your site contact.
