EPA notified the City of the activities prior to the trip. No photos were taken. Table 1 describes the locations, times, and observations from June 14, 2022. Table 1: June 14, 2022 Observations Location Time 4200 Missouri Avenue Lift Station (previously named the Pocket Road Lift Station in EPA reports) 2:57 P.M. SSO from cleanout on North 82nd Street North 82nd Street & Bluff Street Lift Station 3:18 P.M. 3:20 P.M. Observations The gate around the lift station was closed and had a chain around the gates, but it was not locked. The EPA Team observed that the water in the wet well was low and there was water entering the wet well from a blue pipe. This appeared to be the only water entering the wet well. The cleanout was not overflowing. The ditch leading from the cleanout was dry. There was no discharge observed from this lift station. The EPA Team exited the City at approximately 3:30 P.M.
